Well were coming to the end of the year and its been a fantastic year of high activity and adventure, we have been very busy with all activities especially Gorge Walking, Canyoning and Coasteering. Now comes a little bit more me time, this is the time of year when the wearther gets colder and the water almost freezing and we get to play. Its a time when the mountains get snow capped and the surf starts to swell in the Sea, as instructors and adventure's this is the most challenging and fun time of all, the rivers are flowing and the surfs pumping.

We have been busy looking after our Stag Parties in Cardiff and School groups accross the country but they cant do what we get up to now its far to dangerous but this is hat makes it so good, after all we are an adventure company.

This is also our time for training and getting our skills honed so we become better guides and instructors and can become better at what we do best, so next year we are primed a ready for action.
