The Welsh are known for their love of Rugby and the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, now renamed to the Principality Stadium, is recognised throughout the world as one of the top stadiums.
This year sees three home matches being played in Cardiff, against Scotland (13th February 2016), France (26th February 2016) and Italy (19th March 2016).

If you like your rugby then you need to experience it in the atmosphere of Cardiff's Millennium Stadium!
The Betway Premier League Judgement Night comes to the Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff on 31st March, where the top 8 players will compete.
The darts is always a great atmosphere and is a great way to kick off your Cardiff Stag Activity Weekend before the energy and adrenaline picks up a gear.

Into April and we're back at the Cardiff Millennium Stadium for some more top quality rugby!
This time you'll be treated to 2 games as the Cardiff Blues take on the Swansea & Neath Ospreys in the afternoon followed by Newport Gwent Dragons vs. Llanelli Scarlets. Both these games our bound to offer up loads of entertainment as the 4 regions of South Wales battle for bragging rights!

May sees the world famous Harlem Globetrotters visit us here in Cardiff!
In their own world, the Harlem Globetrotters "continue the tradition of ball handling wizardry, basketball artistry and one-of-a-kind entertainment"

Somehting a little bit different for June, Extreme Sailing in Cardiff Bay.
"The award-winning Stadium Racing format is ideal for spectators providing exciting views of the racecourse from the waterfront and Barrage. Whilst on land there’s something for everyone! On the Saturday and Sunday enjoy food and drink stalls, live music, ‘have a go’ activity sessions, as well as skateboard, rollerblade and BMX displays."

July sees us returning to the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff once again and the return of the British Speedway GP.
If you like petrol, speed and motorbikes then this event will make a great addition to your Cardiff stag activity weekend. The racing is spectacular and the crashes often more so! As the stadium is based near the centre of Cardiff you're ideally based to keep your evening going in Cardiffs bars and clubs.

Yep, you read that right! It's the annual World Bogsnorkelling Championships in August. Held in Llanwrtyd Wells, near the Brecon Beacons. Competitors snorkel the length of a peaty murky trench in the Waen Rhydd bog.
We must admit, we've tackled most adventures across the Brecons and South Wales on our activity weekends but we've never snorkelled through a bog!
Online entries are open until 7 days before the event, so why not finish of your Cardiff stag activity weekend with one final, special activity for the stag? You never know, he could end up a world champion!

September sees us take in the One Day International between England and Pakistan at the SSE SWALEC Stadium in Cardiff.
A day out at the cricket is great fun, normally full or fancy dress and the drink seems to flow quite freely too! The way some of the team have been hitting the ball during the tour of South Africa there could be a few houses in Cardiff needing some new windows by the end of this.

Back to the rugby, as Wales welcome 4 southern hemisphere nations to Cardiff's Millennium Stadium. They'll be out for revenge against Australia and South Africa after the World Cup and you can guarantee the whole of Wales, let alone Cardiff, will be rocking for these matches!
There really is nothing quite like the experience of watching Welsh Rugby in the Millennium Stadium and the whole city of Cardiff will become Red with the Welsh rugby shirts.
As you can see there's plenty going on here in Cardiff during 2016 and these are just a few of the events that caught our eye.
