Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning, Ghyll Scrambling near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales:      The rain has held back at last, but not for long there is another band of rain coming in on Saturday. Looks like the best day for Canyoning and Gorge Walking events in South Wales will be on Thursday and Friday. The river levels are perfect on these days and the waterfalls will be in full flow. The ground is super saturated so any rain will effect the area greatly so I would say that Saturday and Sunday are looking volatile to say the least so check out the met office weather report and the rainfall radar to check rainfall over the weekend.

Coasteering near Cardiff, Swansea in South Wales    Theres only one word and thats NO, there is definitely no coasteering available over the next few days again. The swell is huge and the wind is gale force, pretty much what has been the norm over the last few weeks but this is the winter so these conditions are to be predicted. We could do with less swell and wind to get us back in the water and on the cliffs.

Surfing, Surf Kayaking, Beach Activities and Paddle Boarding   The swell is huge on Monday and big throughout the next few days into next week. Again I sound like a broken record but you need to head to the beaches which are protected from the wind which could be gale force at times on a south Westerly direction. Coney beach close to Cardiff, Langland next to Swansea and Caswell are looking the best options again.

Activities and Events in Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales  Hopefully the rains had died down this week because we are on the Gorge and canyoning sites with our first groups of the season, first of all we have Paul and the lads on their Stag weekend in Cardiff, they will be with us on the Saturday morning for an action packed adventure Canyoning in the waterfall region of the Brecon Beacons in Pontneathfecchan. The National Park Waterfalls region is spectacular at the moment with the falls in full flow.
