Gorge walking / Gorge scrambling and Canyoning will all be suitable at the moment. There is wet weather due over the next few days and the waterfalls and rivers will be higher. Canyoning may not be suitable as the river levels rise but gorge walking and gorge scrambling should still be suitable. All Areas around Cardiff / Brecon Beacons / Swansea / Bridgend / Carmarthen will be affected. Conditions for gorge walking , gorge scrambling , Canyoning are suitable across South Wales and the surrounding region. River levels must be assessed constantly to make sure there are safe water levels in the region for the events. Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 14th November 2022 - Coasteering will be blown out again this week and the wind is extremely strong and the swell is big at the moment. The coasteering has been affected for the past few weeks with big swells and high winds. The forecast is also for bigger winds and big swells. Conditions will have to be monitored to asses the suitable levels for the coasteering conditions. All sites are affected close to Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Carmarthenshire, Ogmore by Sea. The sea conditions will be suitable mainly 2 - 3 hours before the high tide and 1 hour after high tide.
