Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 13th September 2021 -Canyoning, Gorge Scrambling and Gorge walking events are all showing good conditions for the next few days. We have had rain on and off recently and the land is starting to get wetter in the gorge and canyon regions. The rain is also predicted into the next week and will add to the land saturation and the water flow in the rivers. The rivers are low at the moment at 0.216 meters showing on the Mellte river but shall rise over the week. However this should be a slight rise and the conditions will be good for all gorge and canyoning events for the next week. The only way this may change is if the rain predictions become higher and the rainfall is more intense. The swell and wind is not significant but may be enough to mate the sea conditions unsuitable especially Friday and Saturday.
