Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 07.05.2020 - Dry again for the last few days and the rivers are very low. .20 meter levels on the Mellte River and the forecast is dry again for the next few days. Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling and Canyoning events are all good as far as the river levels but caution should be taken if entering the water especially on any jump sections. Even though the weather is getting better and sunnier the rivers are still cold.

Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 07.05.2020 - Dry, bright weather and predominantly offshore Easterly winds, especially off the South Wales coast. The main issue will be the higher winds from Sunday onwards and a bitterly cold wind. Swell levels are low so inshore coastal conditions should be good for coasteering.

Mainly Easterly winds this week creating offshore wind conditions in South Wales. Sea state should be calmer inshore but could get chopper offshore with the stronger Easterly winds in play.
RAINFALL - Very little in any rainfall again this week throughout the South Wales region. Possibility of light rain on Sunday.
SEA STATE and SWELL - Winds are predominately offshore so inshore sea state should be calm, offshore could get copper and rougher in the mid-channel.
