Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 07th April 2021 - The river levels are low at the moment due to the lack of rainfall over the period, all activities in the gorge are acceptable including gorge walking, gorge scrambling and canyoning. The sites are also now accessible for people for use in their family groups, company training or as individuals. The water is very cold and the wind is also cold at the moment so need to take the right thermal protection. The government lock down policies are now changing daily and there are new restrictions on several sites, please follow the government legislation and restrictions for the day.
Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 07th April 2021- Coasteering is looking good for a few days up and coming. The swells are low and the sea conditions flat for Friday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Winds are also moderate and inshore waters should be quite flat. The coasteering will be better on these days and also possible on the other days for more advanced coasteerers who can deal with bigger swells .
