Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 03rd February 2021 - Rivers are running at the higher side at the moment but not to high. The rivers should drop over the next few days due to dryer weather. Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling and Canyoning will all be working very well over the next few days. The activities have got perfect conditions for the next few days. However there is still a lock down in Wales so must check local protocols but as it stands there is no travel to gorge sites or access to gorge and canyon areas. The government lock down policies are now changing daily and there are new restrictions on several sites, please follow the government legislation and restrictions for the day.
Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 03rd February 2021- For the next few days the swell is big through out the South Wales region especially close to Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl. From Saturday on wards the swell will drop and the wind will turn offshore. There may be good coasteering conditions from Saturday onwards and then swell gets bigger on Tuesday next week. Definitely depends on the day whether conditions are good. Open Water Sea Swimming Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales 03rd February 2021 -South Wales Open Water swimming will be better in protected areas especially from the Westerly Swells and the changing Northerly winds. The better areas will be Barry, Coney Beach Porthcawl, Newton beach and protected areas. The government lock down policies are now changing daily and there are new restrictions on several sites, please follow the government legislation and restrictions for the day.

SEA STATE and SWELL - Wednesday will have the highest Westerly winds and the roughest inshore seas and the biggest swells. After then the winds will change to Easterly and Northerly will be giving calmer inshore conditions. Will depend on wind strength and direction.
