EXPECTED RIVER LEVEL OVER NEXT 72 HOURS - .16m - .4m
PREDICTED 72 REPORT
The rivers are lower than ever at the moment .16 is very low and the flow and waterfalls are getting less, fortunately there is rain expected on Friday / Saturday and Sunday this week. This will increase the water flow dramatically dependant on the amount of rainfall. This will mean higher river levels but also may increase the chance of rockfall and debris entering into the canyoning and gorge areas. Gorge walking, gorge scrambling and Canyoning are all good for the next few days but must keep an eye on the river levels dependant on the rainfall.

There is good swell coming through on the wave bouys but there is also very high winds so the best option will be to loo for protected beaches around the South Wales area, preferably Easterly facing.
Cardiff, Swansea & South Wales Group Outdoor Activities
Its been another hectic week of outdoor adventure here in South Wales, the stag weekends are still rolling in as well as the hen parties. At the moment our biggest intake is the youth, family and scout groups coming in from all over the country. We have a huge few days with groups coming to gorge walk, canyon and coasteer.
