The swell has definitely picked up from last week and so has the air temperature close to Cardiff, Southern Down, Llantwit Major, Aberavon, Swansea, Llanllei, and upto Stackpole Quay . The wind is quite strong Westerlies and South Westerlies so expossed beaches such as Rest Bay, Southerndown, Llangenith will be very messy, more protected South facing beaches should be smaller but better.
