Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning activities are looking inappropriate at the moment with the rivers flowing up to 1 meter. Swift water events may be acceptable but only with expert cover and protection. Rivers close to cardiff and Swansea are affected by the high waters. The rivers will be dropping on Thursday and Friday and may be suitable depending on how saturated the land may be.
