GORGE WALKING, CANYONING, GORGE SCRAMBLING CARDIFF AND SWANSEA PREDICTED REPORT - Gorge walking, gorge scrambling and canyoning in the local area close to Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, Brecon Beacons are all looking good for the next few days. The only issue may be the lower rivers due to the dry weather and minimal rainfall over the past few days and continuing. Need to be aware of debris in the rivers as the land is dry and crumbling so possibility of falling trees and rock debris. Generally good conditions.

WIND - Moderate to strong winds over the next couple of days up to 21 mph Easterlies on Friday and dropping back on Saturday to 15 mph Westerlies. Back up again on Sunday to 20 mph Westerlies and then dropping to more moderate 10 - 12 mph in various directions
SEA STATE and SWELL - Inshore on Friday and Saturday should be quite calm with small swells and offshore winds on Friday but turning onshore on Saturday. Sunday and Monday the swell is picking up to 5 ft with stronger Westerly winds causing rougher inshore sea conditions. This should drop down again with low swell and calmer winds the rest of the week.

COASTEERING CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, CARMARTHEN PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT - Friday, Saturday, Wednesday and Thursday are all looking good for coasteering in the South Wales area especially around Swansea and Ogmore, the swell is low and the winds are moderate although they may get higher and stronger so need to observe the wind swell on the shore line especially if the wind changes westerly
SURF CONDITIONS REPORT CARDIFF, SWANSEA, SOUTH WALES PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT- Sunday and Monday are definitely looking the better days for the week with the bigger 5 foot swells coming through for the area. Look for Coney beach in Porthcawl and possibly Caswell bay in Swansea. These areas should be more sheltered from the stronger winds
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, BRECON BEACONS, SOUTH WALES REPORT SUMMARY - Another great weekend for Adventure activities, conditions are looking very good for gorge walking, gorge scrambling, certain days for coasteering and others for surfing. We are jam packed this weekend with groups mainly up in the mountain regions canyoning and gorge scrambling. Ashley, Danny, James are all running Stag weekends in Cardiff and joining in with the adventure and Lori will be with the girls on her hen party weekend. Should be great fun and adventure for all.
