CANYONING, GORGE SCRAMBLING AND GORGE WALKING PREDICTED REPORT - Water levels are rising with the rain over the last few days but the land is very dry and absorbing most of the rainfall. Predicted rainfall over the next few days will raise rivers but levels will be good for Canyoning, Gorge Walking and Gorge scrambling in the Brecon Beacons waterfalls. All gorge related activities are acceptable in the region.

Big swells throughout South Wales but also big winds over the weekend, need to head for protected beaches in the area from the different wind directions, Saturday is huge but need to head for Easterly facing Beaches such as Coney Beach in Porthcawl.
