Good solid swell all week and Easterly winds, could be quite epic on most West facing beaches especially Rest Bay and Llangenith, better on the incoming tide.

All gorge activities are looking good this next few days with water in the rivers and the land giving good flow at low levels. Coasteering is all dependent on the swell and surfing is looking epic.
