Not really looking great again for coasteering in the area especially on the more tidal areas in Cardiff, Barry, Porthcawl and Swansea. The winds are dropping on certain days but there is still a constant swell all over the region, for definate coasteering I would head off West.

Surf forecast is looking good across the South Wales region over the next few days, the winds are dropping and the swell is pretty constant and a fair if not big size, the swell would be better on the incoming tides around Cardiff, Barry and Porthcawl and better on sheltered beaches with the high wind. It will however be the coldest surf of the year 7 degree water and freezing cold winds so wrap up.
Cardiff, Swansea & South Wales Group Outdoor Activities
Fantastic Gorge and Canyoning events last weekend with David and Ed on their stag weekends in Cardiff, truly memorable occasions, the rivers were high but the lads were up for it. Were back up the mountain again this week gorge scrambling with another stag weekend group staying in Cardiff and the conditions are looking perfect.
