Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning, Ghyll Scrambling near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales: The only word I can say is Perfect!! The rivers arwe flowing absolutely perfectly over the next few days. The rain has fallen continuously over the past few days and the rivers are in full flow but also at the perfect level for Canyoning and Gorge Walking. The best rivers are the Mellte and the sychryd in the Western Brecon Beacons region. Its a great time to be in the mountains at the moment with the waterfalls in full flow.

Coasteering near Cardiff, Swansea in South Wales - Saturday and Sunday is looking good for Coasteering in the local South Wales area. The swell is dropping and the wind also getting lighter South Westerlies, so we could have a couple of days perfect for the event. Obviously the high tide is crutial and the hight is good fot the morning event. Ogmore by Sea in Ogmore close to Cardiff and Caswell Bay in Swansea are the best options.

Surfing and Surf Kayaking -The surf today is good for the morning with a lovely spilling clean wave on Rest Bay in Porthcawl and Llangenith in Swansea area. This could change though for the weekend as the swell is definately dropping on Saturday and Sunday. The swell will return however in the week with strong swell on Monday and Tuesday. The water temperature is also good so this is a great time to get your board out and get in the water.

Events and Activities - Big weekend again here at Quest Adventures, we have Lee and the lads on their Stag Weekend in Cardiff looking for a big day Canyoning on Saturday before heading off into the bright lights of Cardiff City Centre. We also have Mat and the lads with us for Two Days, they will be Gorge Walking on Saturday and The Big Bad Beach event on Sunday, they are staying in Porthcawl for their Stag Event.
